Small Business in the United States

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been doing a fair amount of research on the importance of the Small Business in the United States.  In time of economic woe, the import of the SMB cannot be understated.  Early next week I will share some of the most interesting information that I have found during the research.

In the interim, I’d encourage those of you who are a small business…or who are considering launching a small business…to consider attending an upcoming series presented by the Microsoft ISV Innovation team.

I’ve added an announcement about the series to the sidebar of the blog, but the ISV Innovation team is also running a promotion for those who register, attend, and rate all 4 sessions in the series.

The details can be found on the ISV Innovation page dedicated to promotions.  In this case, the Start Up 101 Web Seminar Series Promotional Giveaway.

If you didn’t already know, I have done a series of seminars for the ISV Innovation team and remain impressed with their dedication to not just providing technical training but insight into matters that impact the business.  Should you so desire, you can attend the recorded sessions of my presentations entitled Electronic Commerce, Integration and Security SimplifiedOr, should you so desire, you can get a .pdf of the series in the downloads section of Commerce Lab.

Feel free to reach out to my if you will be attending…or if you have recommendations of additional series you would like me to pass along to the ISV Innovation team.
